First Aid Courses

We offer a First Aid and CPR/BLS courses approved by Alberta’s Safe, Fair and Healthy Workplaces Division of the Occupational Health and Safety (OH & S).  The courses are available for general public, workers in different occupations and Healthcare providers. The courses are offered in weekdays and weekends

Standard first Aid Level C-CPR & AED

Our Standard First Aid – Level C course is a comprehensive 2-day program designed to teach you essential skills to effectively respond to medical emergencies in the workplace, home or other setting. This course is designed to meet provincial workplace regulatory requirements

Standard First Aid Recertification

Standard First Aid Recertification is 1-day course intended for people whose current Standard First Aid CPR AED Level C card is nearing expiry. It reviews proven methods for providing standard first aid to injured or ill persons.

Emergency First Aid Level A

This is fast-paced and extensive 1-day course that delivers proven methods for providing basic, urgent assistance to injured or ill adults. This course is aimed at lay rescuers or employees who are required to receive 8 hours or less of emergency or basic first aid instruction/practice as stipulated by provincial or federal health & safety regulations.

Basic Life Support Courses

BLS Full Course

Basic Life Support (BLS) is the foundational course for healthcare professionals and trained first responders who provide care to patients in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings. BLS is the cornerstone program for healthcare professionals.

BLS Renewal Course

BLS Renewal is a fast-paced course designed for experienced healthcare providers who are routinely called on to apply their resuscitation skills. Delivered entirely in the classroom, it covers single-rescuer and multi-rescuer basic life support skills for prehospital and in-facility environments, focusing on high-quality CPR and team dynamics.

BLS Blended

BLS Blended Provider is the fundamental course for all healthcare and emergency medical providers, delivered in a flexible format. The course covers the same curriculum and teaches the same skills as the traditional instructor-led course but is delivered online through self-paced learning modules. Then followed by an in-classroom training to offer a comprehensive experience.
